介绍了一种基于传输控制协议(Transmission Control Protocol, TCP)网络的小型信号产生平台设备的设计,设备采用嵌入式网络通信技术,该技术的实时性特征,保障设备在自动化运行过程中的稳定性,提高了设备控制的响应速度。站位计算机上的设备软件通过网络方式完成设备的信息传输和自动化控制,设备具备在线加载功能,方便设备功能及程序升级和运行维护。设备采用VPX总线技术,具备高性能、高可靠性和灵活扩展的特点,可以高效验证各种样式的信号产生实验效果。结合实际工程应用,优化方案设计,充分利用网络资源和整合平台硬件资源,实现了信号产生平台设备设计的小型化、便携化,使设备成本大大降低。该设备能够实时产生多种信号,满足不同应用场景的需求,具有良好的性能和稳定性,在信号产生领域具备较高的实用价值。

Abstract:

The design of a small signal generation platform based on Transmission Control Protocol(TCP) network is introduced. Embedded network communication technology is adopted, which ensures stability in the automated operation process due to its real-time features, improving the response speed of device control. Information transmission and automation control are conducted by the device software installed on the workstation computer through network. The online loading function facilitates the upgrade and maintenance of the device functionality and program. The VPX bus technology used in the device is characterized by high performance, high reliability, and flexibility for expansion, allowing efficient verification of various signal generation experiment results. By combining practical engineering applications and optimizing the design, the solution fully utilizes network resources and integrates platform hardware resources, emabling a compact and portable design for the signal generation platform, and significantly reducing costs. Generating multiple signals in real time, the device can meet the needs of different application scenarios and show good performance and stability, offering significant practical value in the field of signal generation.
